SLIDING FIXTURE TABLES
Resistance welding operations can often be done more safely and easily by mounting the work fixture on a table that shuttles in and out of a press-type welder. Loading and unloading can be done faster and with less hazard outside the point of operation. The upper tooling no longer restricts the clearance needed to load parts.
These TUFFALOY sliding tables are standardized high-quality production-line units, made to fit size 1 and 2 press welders. Tables and (silver-plated) rails are of Class 2 alloy. Air cylinder-powered models have speed control valves for both directions and a manual 4-way control valve. Covers keep dirt and spatter off the rails.
